Fighting for Change

“I know what it feels like to lose trust in a system that’s supposed to protect and empower us. It’s clear we need a course correction, and I’m ready to lead it. Together, we can manufacture the change we’re all craving and return power to the people, where it belongs.

I’m not here to talk about change.

I’m here to fight for it.”

1. Veteran’s Protections

As an Army veteran with two deployments, Kyle understands the challenges service members face both in combat and when they return home. Too many are left to navigate a broken system

that fails to deliver on healthcare, housing, and mental health support.

Kyle is committed to strengthening the VA, improving the GI Bill, and expanding access to mental health care, job training, and housing — ensuring no veteran falls through the cracks. We made a promise to our service members, and he intends to keep it.

What does this look like?

• Fully fund the VA and streamline claims processing.

• Expand access to mental health care and suicide prevention.

• Increase funding for housing assistance and job retraining programs.

• Create a VA Community Liaison Program in CT-02.

2. Access to Medicare & Medicaid

As a husband and father, Kyle believes every family, no matter their income or zip code, deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare. He’ll fight to protect and expand Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA, including coverage for vision, dental, and hearing.

He supports smart, step-by-step reforms toward universal healthcare—expanding middle-class subsidies, capping prescription drug prices, and investing in rural care across eastern Connecticut. Healthcare is a human right, and he’s committed to making it a reality.

What does this look like?

• Lower premiums and out-of-pocket costs for working- and middle-class families.

• Allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices directly.

• Expand Telehealth access and broadband in rural CT.

• Provide federal grants to keep rural hospitals and clinic

3. Promote Equality and Protect Rights

For Kyle, this work is about more than politics — it’s about the human experience. He believes everyone deserves the freedom to live with dignity, make their own healthcare decisions, and be who they are.

He will fight for women’s right to choose, protect reproductive freedom, and ensure access to gender-affirming care. Kyle proudly supports the LGBTQ+ community and backs the Equality Act to guarantee equal rights and protections. Everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and free to thrive.

What does this look like?

• Federal protection of abortion rights and reproductive healthcare.

• Full passage of the Equality Act.

• Enforcement of anti-discrimination laws in housing, education, and employment.

• Funding for domestic violence prevention and women’s shelters.

4. Implement Tax Reforms for Homebuyers

Homeownership is the cornerstone of the American Dream, and Kyle is committed to making it accessible for young families, teachers, and public service workers. He supports a $15,000 First-Time Homebuyer Credit to ease the financial burden of purchasing a home.

Kyle also advocates for a Property Tax Relief Fund with federal matching grants for towns that cap property tax increases at 2%, and Anti-Displacement Grants for affordable housing development. These efforts will revitalize small towns and help more families achieve homeownership across Connecticut.

What does this look like?

• Federal tax credits for first-time homebuyers.

• State-local partnerships to reduce property tax rates.

• Grants for towns that build affordable housing without displacing current residents.

• Programs to help seniors stay in their homes longer.

5. Ensure Responsible Government Spending

Kyle believes government should be efficient, transparent, and focused on results. With experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, he supports zero-based budgeting, cutting wasteful contracts, and auditing programs to ensure taxpayer dollars are used effectively.

Kyle will push for strategic spending on defense, infrastructure, broadband, clean energy, and rural healthcare to benefit Connecticut, while holding contractors accountable and ensuring tax dollars work for the people.

What does this look like?

• Annual spending reviews for all major federal programs.

• Sunset clauses on outdated or ineffective programs.

• Stronger oversight of Pentagon contracts and federal subsidies.

• Public dashboards for local constituents to see how federal funds are spent.

6. Revitalize Congress with Term Limits and Financial Accountability

Kyle believes in implementing term limits for Congress to bring fresh perspectives and accountability to Washington. Career politicians often become disconnected from their constituents. Term limits will help restore responsiveness and reduce the influence of special interests.

Additionally, Kyle supports a ban on stock trading by members of Congress while in office to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that elected officials are focused on serving the people, not personal gain
